Secondo l'etimologia della parola, “pane” deriva da “pa” che vuol dire nutrire, ma anche proteggere. Dal latino “cum panis” derivano compagno e compagnia: il pane condiviso e' sinonimo di amicizia e protezione, il segno della disponibilita' ad incontrarsi, anche tra sconosciuti. Il pane e' il gusto della vita... Racconti e canti alla scoperta del pane in giro per l'Italia e per il mondo. Il pane è uno dei cibi più antichi dell'umanità, realizzato attraverso i secoli e a seconda dei paesi in vari modi. Un ampio respiro di musiche e leggende attraverso un semplice alimento base di ogni cucina e di ogni paese...per scoprire cosi' di essere tutti fatti...della stessa pasta! Il pane e' da toccare, e' da annusare, e' da guardare e da ascoltare....e quando lo spettacolo finisce...e' il momento di assaggiare!
